  • Burn Fat & Calories: 65-75% MaxHR
  • Endurance: 75-95% MaxHR
To determine your Max Heart Rate (MaxHR), all you need to know is your Resting Heart Rate (RHR).  Send me your RHR, age and goal and I'll calculate your Max HR and provide you with the HR training range to get you the results you seek.
